For wearable items such as clothing and shoes, we offer a one time free size exchange for one product category per customer. T-shirts and skirts are two examples of different product categories.

As such, we encourage you to double-check each product's size guide and to carefully assess which size will fit you best before ordering.

Our whole shtick is to provide products on demand to avoid waste. Let's work as a team to collectively improve our shopping habits! 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy that applies to misprinted, damaged or defective items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is a problem with it.
